What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your order using MB Way, Multibanco Reference and credit cards.
How many days does it take for your order to arrive?
Between 2 to 4 business days. Portugal and Spain

Can you track the status of your order?

What happens if no one is at the address indicated for sending the order?
If delivery is not possible, the carrier will contact you to schedule a new delivery or leave a notice in the mail to collect the order at a collection point closest to the delivery address.
Wrong name and/or address
The store is not responsible if the address indicated by the customer is not correct. The customer must always confirm both the name and address before shipping, as the order will be sent to the recipient and address indicated.
Is online stock guaranteed?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. Sometimes there may be a stock shortage. In this case, our team will contact you immediately to report the shortage and arrange a refund.
Can I exchange an item I ordered?
We accept exchanges within 14 days after the order is shipped. The item cannot show any signs of use and must contain the original labels, otherwise Maludi Kids will refuse to exchange it. The customer will bear the costs of reshipping.
How to exchange online purchases?
Exchanges can be made by sending an email to info@maludikids.com or, alternatively, by private message via Instagram. After receiving the message, we will inform you of the availability of the desired item in stock, which must always be of equal or greater value. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Can I return an item I ordered?
We accept returns within 14 days of shipping the order. The item must not show any signs of use and must contain the original labels, otherwise Maludi will refuse the return. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
